I understand things come up but In order to service all clients efficiently please give minimum of 48 hour notice(by email or cancel through app) for canceling/rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a fee which must be paid before rescheduling. (venmo/cash app) If you are feeling sick or have a pending covid test please reach out asap and I will get you rescheduled. 
Fees for late Cancellation/Rescheduling:
within 48hours=25% of scheduled service
within 24hours=50% of scheduled service.
no call/no show=100% of scheduled service

Late Arrivals

Late arrival to scheduled appointment may be adapted to fit schedule without price adjustment. Arriving 15 minutes late can result in rescheduling and a fee will be applied. 

Clean Hair

Please come with hair that has been washed within 24 hours.
