Policies
In order to service all clients efficiently I do require 48 hour notice for any change in scheduled service. You can do so my email or cancel through app. Failure to do so will result in a fee. Late arrival to scheduled appointment may be adapted to fit schedule without price adjustment. Arriving 15mins late may result in rescheduling and a fee will be applied. Fees must be paid via venmo/cashapp before rescheduling. Fees for cancelling/rescheduling:
within 48 hours=25% of scheduled service
within 24 hours=50% of scheduled service
no call/no show=100% of scheduled service
If you are feeling ill or have covid symptoms please contact me asap to get you rescheduled.
